The Emmer Green Surgery is currently in the process of absorbing a large number of new patients onto its list and is therefore unable to consider any other inter-Practice transfers from within the Caversham area until 1st January 2020.

Eligibility to Register as a new patient at the Emmer Green Surgery requires the individual to be a Caversham resident / have an RG4 postcode, be a Reading Borough (Council Tax Payer) living on the same side of the river as the Surgery.

Existing patients are not impacted by any of these new changes in the registration criteria.
